Before anything else, I am human—just like you. For some time now, I have been on a journey of healing and individuation—learning to embrace the duality within me, and in life itself: light and shadow, masculinity and femininity, strength and softness. Not one half or the other, but myself as a whole. From what I can tell so far, becoming whole is a lifelong process. I love thinking deeply, trekking, music, dancing, writing, learning, cooking—and sometimes… simply being present.
